Introduction to MiFID II

£62.25 £62.25

The Markets in Financial Instruments Directive is the EU legislation that regulates firms that provide services to clients linked to ‘financial instruments’ (shares, bonds, units in collective investment schemes and derivatives), and the venues where those instruments are traded. Firms will need to start planning for the MiFID II changes ahead of the deadline in January 2018. The impact to firms and brokers will be siginificant.  This course provides practical insight of the impact the new guidelines will have on firms, covering an overview of topics such as Investor Protection, Best Execution, Market Structure, Data and Reporting.
